You have 90 days after delivery to try your product at home. If you are not happy with it, the return is free and you get a full refund: satisfied or your money back.
How to return it
Write to us within the 90 days at bonjour@destockcuisine.fr, with your name and, if you have it, your order number. The DestockCuisine team replies by email in under 1 hour, Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 6 pm (Paris time), and tells you how to send it back. The return is free: you have nothing to pay.
Your refund
You are refunded to the payment method used for the order.
A damaged or missing part?
A lid, an accessory, a part damaged in transit or missing from the box: write to us at bonjour@destockcuisine.fr and we will send it to you, no questions asked.
